Hair salon offering custom-made products, Lou'Ness needed to export its expertise from physical to digital. That's why when ordering online on its e-commerce site, the user has the possibility to describe and send a picture of his hair at the time of his order. This service allows Lou'Ness to analyze and provide the most suitable products.
The site also has a large showcase section where users can find the salon's services and information.

Based on wordpress, the site was designed as a onepage and then redesigned to add a store page if necessary.
The hairdresser booking module: "Kalendes" has been added to allow the booking of web appointments while keeping the synchronization with the physical and phone appointments.
The Facebook instant chat module: "Messenger" has been added to simplify the exchange with the customer, whether it is to make an appointment or to accompany the customer in the choice of his custom-made product.
The site is connected to Google and Facebook services in order to optimize the SEO of the products for sale.

Clean design, clean to luxury, the site is based on the architecture of the show and the image that comes from it.
The challenge was to image the product photos without being able to take pictures.
The proposed packs are custom-made and depend on the hair of the customer, they are composed of the same type of product, but in a personalized version. That's why we worked on an image around drawings representing the containers in order to project ourselves on the content of the pack without stopping on the precise brands or products provided. The 4 brands used are still mentioned and highlighted to reassure the customer on the professional quality of the products.
