Stenger Pro, company reseller of welding tables for the metal industry since 2003.
In the industry, apart from the giants, it is rare to allocate a budget to communication. However, Stenger Pro has taken the bet since more than 3 years and has found advantage in it between its brand image, its digitalization by setting up online and its communication by rethinking its charter and its way of communication. By continuing on this way, the digitalization of its process is in full development.

The beginning of the Stenger Pro digitization project started on social media, a place that is rare to take in the industry. Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube Google Business and Instagram were the basis for creating graphic content.
In addition to this, paid "SEA" advertising campaigns and mailing campaigns have been added.

New skin for Stenger Pro. In this environment everything is black, grey, orange, they are even called crows on the specialized exhibitions in industry and building. So the choice was quick: Green. Why green? Because Christian, the CEO, likes this color and the idea of breaking the implicit code of the environment, it's as simple as that. The choice was made for a soft green to avoid falling into the codes of ecology or well-being. You have to know how to change without losing your logic! The hardest part is done, we keep the base of its logo already well recognized in its environment by adapting it to its new graphic charter.

Once the main brand : "Stenger Pro" was reworked, a second one arrived : "Kifix. After an agreement signed with the Kifix brand, the Stenger Pro company becomes the exclusive reseller in Europe. A site is developed especially to sell these products online. These are accessories at the limit of the consumable so perfect to start a semi-automated system: the e-commerce.

In this communication momentum we start a series of print flyers added to the catalogs during the mailings (20 000 per quarter).

The refurbishment of the main Stenger Pro website has allowed us to increase the link with our customers by adding explanations on the different products, the different shows where the team will be present (very important in the industry) as well as an e-commerce on small products.

In order to keep the communication going, a series of video reports has been created for the different customers of Steger Pro. The simple concept is to visit the different factories using Stenger Pro products allowing to collect the user's opinion while promoting the interviewed companies, a double shot.

During the covid crisis, Stenger Pro's supplier, Siegmund, signed a contract with the German government in order to manage the distribution of masks and hydroalcoholic gel by delegating the production and the sale to them. In France, Stenger Pro brings these masks at a time when it is difficult to obtain them. In the middle of the Covid crisis, Stenger Care was born and offered masks to the general public. A website, a logo and a charter are created in 1 week! The stocks of protective equipment of Covid 19 being back everywhere in France the future of the site is already decided: The individual protective equipment. In the industry, it is not rare to see the standards evolve, that's why Stenger Care wants to propose an offer to this future demand while remaining in its field of activity. Today we continue to work with Stenger Pro on regular Flyers, updates, explanatory illustrations to always simplify the understanding of the products to the customer. A custom-made CRM to automate the ordering process by email is at the heart of our exchanges.
