Vosges Dômes: online store for handcrafted wooden objects
Vosges Dômes is the project of a woodcraft enthusiast. To actively venture into creating cat trees and driftwood lighting, our client needed a website. Being from Épinal in the Vosges region himself, he turned to our communication agency in Épinal. Our client aims to establish a strong online identity, so he entrusted IDNET to ensure his professional debut on the internet is a success!
Our client gave us significant creative freedom for this project. We wanted the Vosges Dômes website to be welcoming and to showcase his handcrafted creations.
To start, we established a graphic charter that reflects the close connection to nature inherent in our client’s woodworking activity. At the same time, we created a site mockup to streamline web development. This mockup allowed us to fully express our creativity. We then selected the most effective designs to apply to the final version of the Vosges Dômes site.
The development of the Vosges Dômes website went smoothly. We chose to present our client’s work concisely, allowing the general public to easily envision his craft. The goal was to highlight his expertise and creations, with a strong emphasis on user experience. The idea was to make the site dynamic, so we implemented animations that give the Vosges Dômes homepage a unique feel. As for the text, we aimed for maximum authenticity. Taking advantage of our geographic proximity to the client, we arranged for him to meet directly with our copywriter. The result is clear: the essence of Vosges Dômes is accurately conveyed on each page of the website.
Vosges Dômes is now live! Our client will be able to grow his business of creating wooden objects. We are happy to have helped a local entrepreneur expand his company. We hope that our client will be able to introduce his cat trees and driftwood lighting to as many people as possible! In the future, we look forward to continuing to support initiatives like this.
